Josh what’s up man? Dude I gotta give you props for your progress in 5 years. You’re looking thick in your avatar. Have you made a thread yet? I’d be interested to know the kind of diet and training you did.
Sorry I forgot I posted in this thread (someone linked it to me bc of how ridiculous it is).
Training wise I follow 2 rules.
Don’t neglect any muscle group.
Train HARD.
That’s all that matters IMO.
Diet wise, I have recently switched to following the Mountaindog style of eating. And I have to say I will never eat another way again.
Well, whatever you are doing is working.
My guess is, you don’t have many excuses…unlike SOME people.
LOL

As oppose to all those level 4s in the Indigo training logs that look like the only lifting they’ve done in five years is picking up their packages of supps.
Seriously, some of those kids are mind boggling.
That’s why I like rocking the level 1, with a t-shirt being the only thing I’ve purchased.
A good physique isn’t bought, it is earned.
hell yeah, they’re nice shirts
why are there so many “holier than thou”'s on these forums??? Seriously, stand up for shit where it counts, no on an internet forum

All those comments really bother you don’t they?
Why not just go in and fucking kill it for the foreseeable future and let the haters fuel your fire?
Some people need a dose of reality, I see it everyday. Whether it be at work, at home or in the gym. Being honest is often harsh. But it isn’t a put down, it is an honest observation.
Now I’m not saying this particular case isn’t a put down, I don’t really care, but not every observation or mention of constructive criticism is a put down. Irrelevant of how “hurtful” a comment may be, sometimes they need to be said, or the individual in question will never change and just keep placating themselves.
My dad has a saying for this: “The truth is bitter.”

Ah, so then you and all the fine folks reading and commenting here know who you’re NOT referring to when you make sweeping comments about “All those Indigo Level 4’s who look like they’ve never seen the inside of a gym. LOL!”
Just skimmed the thread and saw this. I feel like I can skim an indigo log, look at the pictures and see if they post any medical issues, then make a decision (that I’ll probably keep to myself) if they look like they train.
God knows people waste time at this (I did so much less in the first couple years of lifting than I should have), but I think the point most people are making with these posts is that if you haven’t made enough progress that you look like you workout, especially in shirtless progress pics, you don’t need to be test driving a new supp, you should be getting your diet in line and spend that money on food and on the bread and butter supplements most people use (whey, aminos, and maybe creatine).
I was reading one of the logs of some poor guy who had just purchased a second round of the Indigo supplement, but had to go get a day-laborer job to be able to purchase chicken for dinner. Seems like some whacked-out priorities there, regardless of success (or lack thereof).

Just read through the Mountain Dog Diet, here’s the link for anyone interested: http://articles.elitefts.com/articles/nutrition/the-mountain-dog-diet-–-a-healthier-way-to-get-leanadd-muscle-or-both/
Pretty much the same as Paleo, which I follow strictly (adding quinoa only), just placing emphasis on certain elements. Unfortunately, I stay away from dairy completely, which the MDD seems to be quite fond of.
Are you (or anyone else for that matter) supplementing with ALA? What are your thoughts on it?

Get the sand out of your vagina. It’s a joke. If funny insults by strangers on the internet hurt your feelings that much, you have serious issues. I recommend that you stop going to the beach and buy a shovel to remove the sand that is already up your vagina. The hard work that you will experience whilst shoveling out the sand will cause you to cry. For this you should also pick up some of the extra soft facial tissues from the closest walmart.

I just want to point out that you sure do an awful lot of what you despise, at least in this thread.

I was thinking the same. For someone who DESPISES those who judge others or insults others, that is all he’s done in this thread or any other thread he acts the same way.
Obviously he has nothing against these actual acts and is just pissed that someone is noticing the huge lack of motivation on the site.
Was this a secret?
Were we not supposed to find out?
^^I noticed that too.
the only threads that I’ve ever seen him post in are this one and another one where I asked how much people were spending on supps cause I was curious. He jumped all over me about it when I was genuinely just curious.
Anyone else notice that it seems like he only posts in threads that has a question about someones supplementation?
