like i said… I didn’t give my opinion to bash you or anything, sometimes i forget not everyone is an aspiring bodybuilder and trying to get big as possible WHILE being lean, no reason you can’t do both, it’s not like you have to pick one or the other, which is what t-fal said, and is obviously false.

Thanks for your nice words. For years i ve been between 210-220 pounds. i was really big but very soft. Im also sharing my back shot in that weight.
Im in a serious cutting phase now for the first time in my life and this morning i weighed 185 pounds. my goal is to drop down to 176 pounds, 80 kgs.
I like how i look now, of course im smaller but my waist is very small and i started to see some details in my delts, arms, upper back and obliques. Hopefully i will see my abs in 80 kgs.
After that i will try to bulk up to 85 kg without gaining too much fat and eating clean food most of the time.

No offense, but the guy singing your praises is a little off his rocker. He only got one thing right:

Its best that you are mentally prepared for that since you are intending to lean up. I think you carry fat well and have a lot of room to grow. Don’t take this an insult. You may not be a beginner but you’re still early intermediate at best.
But it’s a great place to be. Once you get that MMC down for your back it will fucking blow up i assure you.

thanks for your comment. im mentally prepared for the consequences of being lean. this is the first time i can follow a diet for so long and im enjoying the journey. im determined to see my abs finally
after i reach my target, i will slowly increase calories and do my best to be bigger until next summer.
i am also thinking about joining a commercial gym again for a while since what you can do with free weights is limited.

i do them all but i need a change for a while. wide grip pulldowns, v-bar pulldowns, seated v-bar cable rows, seated wide grip cable rows to chest, one arm low cable row, straight arm pulldown, various machine rows etc.
I find that using straps put a lot more emphasis on the back and less on the arms. It’s worth a shot considering you look very arm-dominant.
Do all the same exercises but drop the ego and pull with your elbow. Use straps and actually make your back work
Stretchers anyone?
Specialize in neutral grip pullups for a while. How many bodyweight chins can you do?
OP forget the labels.
Does it really matter if someone says your a beginner?
The people on here have VERY different standards to most people. Most people would just love to be slim enough to have a flat stomach let alone striations everywhere and 220lbs+. Most people here think 200lbs is small and it is relatively speaking if you are compared to 220-240lb monsters.
Koing
Do your bent rows with dumbbells. Stay tight and pull them up as high as possible, keeping your back arched, and hold for a moment at the top. You might have to go with a lighter total weight than using a barbell, but you need to focus on the FEEL of the movement, making sure your back is pulling and not your arms.
At the bottom, let your scaps go forward, but keep your lower back tight. Repeat.
These are the photos i shot yesterday night.
I kept eating clean and lost about 3 kgs/7 lbs since i first posted.
I personally believe i look much better.
keep it up mate, a leaner physique is always more impressive

Lighting can be a tricky thing, but if you have dropped fat, good stuff.
You’re also posing better in the second picture, but nice work on the fat loss!
i think my back is genetically soft but i will do my best to harden it. actually my lat spread looks harder than back double biceps.
maybe i should keep working on the pose.
i will add a new photo every month, you be the judge people.

jay cutler’s back double biceps was soft for years until 2005.
he was always in shape from 99 to 2005 but specifically that pose totally sucked.
why did it improve year after year?
he must have noticed and done something special right?

Dude, once you lose enough fat, your back will be tight. I know you think you’re lean, but really you are not especially lean, especially for back double bicep which is essentially a detail pose.
One day at a time brother

no i definitely know im fat for this pose.
what i want to say is i lost 12 kgs in the last 4 months and every bodypart except my back changed dramatically.
that showed me i didnt really have that much muscle under that fucking layer of fat.
so besides dieting, i also started training harder.
more muscle + less fat = hard body
im working on this equation.
