Hey guys, I just wanted to share with you my experience using Alpha Male and, specifically, the results I got from it
From the start
So, after showing symptoms of overtraining/undereating I wasn’t really feeling well. My mood and motivation were down and so was my performance in the gym. So I decided to do a fairly comprehensive hormone panel as per directions given on the TRT forum. HPTA results were not very good, not terrible, but not optimal either. So I decided to try the following stack to improve my condition (I’m 24, by the way):
Alpha Male (continuous use following label directions)
Rez-V (Three capsules per day used for a month)
Rhodiola Rosea (four capsules per day used for six weeks)
Two months after staring this protocol I retested my hormone levels to see where they landed. Here’s what I found
Test - 1st (before) Result - 2nd (after) Result - (Range)
Total Testosterone: 534.3 - 713.0 - (218-906 ng/dl)
LH: 3.0 - 5.6 - (1.7-8.6 mU/ml)
FSH: 2.2 - 2.7 - (1.5-12.4 mU/ml)
E2 (Estradiol): 29.75 - 24.36 - (7.63-42.6 pg/ml)
Prolactin: 13.35 - 11.76 - (4.04-15.2 ng/ml)
So clearly HPTA function improved: LH and Total Testosterone went up and E2 went down. In general, I’m very happy with the results. My mood is up again and I’m having a much easier time staying lean. Needless to say, I’ll keep on taking Alpha Male. Big props to Biotest for coming up with a natural supplement that actually does what it says.
Happy to see that you were able to reach more optimal results by coaxing your system back into good form. Always good to see positive results from supplementation.

Nice work. What sort of in the gym or physique results came along with this?[/quote]
As far as physique results, I would say I’ve never been this this lean and strong. I’ve been a tad leaner but a lot weaker or a bit stronger but a lot fatter. I also seen to be having an easier time staying lean than before. So all good things.
I haven’t tried Biotest’s product but I have been trying some natural testerone boosters for the first time recently and I am getting positive results as well. I have been dieting down hard (I’ve lost about 6-7kg) but have been maintaining strength in most areas and gaining in others while my body just gets looking more and more ripped. Felt I should chime in because these products get a lot of negative rep.
If your DIET and TRAINING are under control and you feel you may have low-t, I suggest to at least give some t-boosters a try. Most you can get a month supply for $30-45 now so if you are serious about your training it as at least worth a try.
I am not too sure about the natural testosterone levels and the gym result. I had a bunch of blood tests and my results in the gym were the best in a period where my testosterone was almost below the range. Obviously when you have supraphysiological levels of hormone it is not the same story but the reality might be more complex with natural trainees.

What is in this supplement? I am very interested in the science. I may want to try this, but I have a ton of questions.
