1 - calf raise, power snatch, back squat, bench press, oh press
2 - clean and press
3 - front squat, bench press
4 - calf raise, power snatch, back squat, bench press, oh press
5 - deadlift
6 - calf raise, power snatch, back squat, bench press, oh press
7 - clean and press
hi…i want to increase my power using 5/3/1
previous best deadlift sets have been 3655, 4051(probably on 5 seperate occasions)…but not sure if i should be deadlifting more than once a week…please take a look at this routine.
