My 5/3/1 Progress

So I have been running 5/3/1 for 9 months now. I will have to go out of town for the next 2 weeks so pretty much no training. Here is my log, so could anyone give me some comments. Anything will be appreciated.

It looks like good progress to me.

How was your routine layed out like? Did you go for PR reps on last 531 set? Did you do FSL? Did you jokers? How often if so?
What assistance etc did u do and how much?

Maybe u can see this in the spread but i didnt see it.

Mon/Tue/Thu/Sat for OHP/DL/BP/SQ is the normal routine. I always try to go for a PR, but it is not always there you know.
To be frank, I have to say that I haven’t quite understand FSL. Pretty much I run BBB with the last 2 sets changed (BP for close grip, deadlift for snatch grip DL or good morning…), just for the sake of variety.
I do the abs cycle (Leg raise + Crunch + Side bend) in the deadlift and squat day (That leg curl always give me nausea so I don’t do it). Pull up for OHP day and Barbell row/dumbbell row for BP day.
