But you have to control what you can. Not worry about what you cant.
Last lock down I added 30kg to my front AND back squat.
I’m starting with my coach soon AND there is no reason I cant still hot some targets for christmas. 95kg before 25/12 and 200kg squat this month.

Nice, this is more than enough equipment to get stronger. You may have to get a bit creative at times, but you should definitely be able to see some huge gains.
Also, dialing in your diet and sleep will create huge benefits towards strength and lean mass gains as well. With all of the PED talk, I can honestly say, adequate, quality sleep is the best “PED” I’ve ever been on.

Yeah I’ve started a “natural wake” experiment. I’m going to bed at 2130. And I’m waking up before my alarm. So I’m confident I’m sleeping enough.
I’m 1 week in and I feel pretty good.
