Yeah, it pains me to say it, but the Believe album was a little weak. 10,000 Fists definitely made up for it though.

Any of the more violent 50 Cent songs, especially “Outta Contol” or “Patiently Waiting”.

“Fucking in the Bushes” by Oasis.

Any of Eminem’s CDs.

Its either gotta be badass rap or hard rock for me. Nothing happy, but nothing that’s just screaching and shit guitars.

In no particular order:

  1. Downset – Together
  2. System of a Down – Chop Suey
  3. Deftones – 7 Words
  4. Faith No More – We Care Alot
  5. Rollins Band – Low S.O.

Looks like I’m gonna be in the minority here. I only use hype music on special days. Every day use wears it out.

Just bought the new “Bullet for My Valentine” disc called, THE POISON, YOU HAVE TO BUY THIS CD!

From start for finish it will just end your life by fuckin up your grill!

This is an instant classic upon hitting play, some of the tastiest hardcore I’ve heard!

Off to the gym with it!

T

Blood for Blood-“Some kind of Hate”
Korn-“Liar”
GWAR-“I Hate Love Songs”
Clawfinger-“Biggest and Best”

Put your 15" Cerwin Vegas on full blast by turning up the stero past 120db and blow out the garage windows.

Only other song I’ll listen to if its not sumthin by RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE

Have it all on my I-Pod…Metallica, Rage, Korn, Helmet (“Betty”), Tool, Soundgarden,…
But what really gets me pumped/mad is when Shuffle gets on All for Love by Color Me Badd from the MTV Party to Go Vol. 2…come up with a list of the ten worst songs and try it…you’ll blow the roof off your biggest pull with Right Said Fred telling you they’re too sexy…damnit I have the whole MTV Party in there…

“The end of heartache” by Killswitch engage.

For me, faster is better (generally) for pre-workout music.

Mudvayne- Determined, Not Falling
System of a down- BYOB, Revenga, Cigaro
Nickelback- Flat on the Floor, Animals
2pac: Cant See Me, Bomb First

This is usually what I listen to driving to the gym to get primed for a session.

  1. White Zombie “More Human than Human”

  2. Rob Zombie “Superbeast”
I’ll be honest, anything by Rob Zombie/White Zombie

  3. Also anything by Powerman5000

  4. Autograph, I think the song is “Turn up the Radio”

And the granddaddy of them all, the one that gives me crazy eyes and stands the neck hairs on end…

  1. Drowning Pool “Bodies”

let the bodies hit the floor… let the bodies hit the floor…

Killswitch Engage
Trivium
As I Lay Dying
Chimaira

Lamb of God

Seriously check out Trivium’s Ascendency album if you are a fan of KSE style metalcore. Unbelievable album.
