What are the symptoms of a muscular imbalance, such as an imbalance between the triceps and the biceps? As in, you overdo your triceps and under-do your biceps? I’ve always heard this can lead to injury, joint and muscle pain, etc.
Is there any kind of pattern to it? For instance, if your triceps are overworked (in relation to the biceps), will you experience pain in the triceps, or the biceps, or the elbow in a certain place, or what?
I only ask because lately I’ve been experiencing a weird pain in both of my upper arms. It started in the elbows then moved a little bit to the upper arm (almost felt like it was in the bone) and now it comes back every so often in the biceps and the elbow area again. I have no idea what it could be. I know, I know, I should see a doctor…but if a simple answer exists, I’d rather find that out first.
I’m not a medical doctor,so this is an uneducated guess at best. Dude, my friend had a similar kind of pain, it ended up being an accute case of tendonitis. I don’t believe at all that your pain comes from a muscle imabalance. How long have you been feeling the pain?

Hmmm, interesting. That actually sounds a lot more likely. (EDIT: After reading more about it, this sounds like EXACTLY what I have. Appears to be elbow tendonitis.) What did your friend do about it, how long did it take to recover, etc?
