Muscle: Tall vs Short

Back to the original topic. And what ChrisC posted. I think a 6’ tall person with the same, or even slightly smaller, measurements and lifts is more impressive than a 5’4" person.

As arguably the tallest person on this site, I have to say your post is the dumbest I have read in years.
As one of the shortest guys on this site, I agree with this.
How short are you? I’m 5’8-9, So…

Edit: I just saw someone post that they are 5’0. Carry on.

I feel like that only holds true of those measurements are actually big. Like 17+ inch arms or something like that. Cause something like 15 inch arms on a 6 ft person (unless they’re very lean) pretty much makes the guy look like he doesn’t lift ever, while 15 inch arms on a 5 ft 4 person would actually look pretty well built.

As a guy who came in for a laugh, I was sadly let down by all the dick waving and shit talk… SMH.

Thread FAIL.

I’m 6’2, and I’ve never had any complaints about my 9-1/2 inches

This reminds me of the saying that is often repeated about a shorter individual looking jacked sooner, but when the taller one finally ‘fills in’, he will look more impressive overall.
(Obviously this is debatable)

My middle brother is 6’ while I’m, 5’8. We used to train together 10 years or so ago. At one point, we were both weighing about 215-220 lbs. While he certainly looked athletic (think Lacrosse player build), I looked like a mini fridge.

S

At 5’4", Lee Priest at his prime looked like a monster. All the proper genes were in place.

The generalization that short guys fill out faster than tall guys is a broad generalization. There are more variables than that.
For example, a short man with a very slight bone structure will not fill out any faster than big-boned tall man.

EVERYONE: do you think the best height for a strong bench press is like 5’7"-5’9"?
Im 6 foot 5 and I dont think will ever bench 315 lol.
I could complain but not all short guys are strong so its a wash lol.
OP you sound odd but every guy probably thinks about ideal height so whatever.

Look, our BHappy is a harmless 65 year old openly homosexual Canadian gentleman, english-impaired, who enjoys lifting with his young, lean and “hardbodied” bi-curious nephew.

In his own words, they laugh at the bodybuilders who work hard and struggle to move herculean weights in the gym while they both follow a light weight routine allegedly suggested by Serge Nubret, but then they forget about it when they hit the showers (likely together)

BHappy’s life goal is to have a 25 inch waist at age 70 so he can keep attracting the “hotties” (at the very least his nephew)

Point being, relax its all good
