Look, I tend to train more on the side of strength/power but for variety Im thinking of giving GVT a go, for a bit of variety and to stimulate some much needed growth. (Hopefully I wont lose too much strength after doing this for only a few weeks.) So going from typically low volume/high intensity to high volume will no doubt leave me a little sore! This got me thinking about rehab… Im just curious as to whether those “muscle soaks” that you put in the bath with you help at all? If so… how do they work? Also the same with massages… they feel nice, but what actually happens aid in muscle rehab/reduce soreness?
