Muscle Recovery Supplements

With soo many supplements on the market and pretty much everything saying they do everything.
Im looking to get something to aid muscle recovery, what’s the best on the market these days and what should I look out for???

From my Bench training on Tuesday I was so incredibly sore yesterday (just my abs/obliques) that it hurt to cough, laugh, move and even breath. Thought I had broken ribs because of how sore I was.

I generally only do Plazma on my big lift days, but Wednesday was just HIIT after my training on Tuesday. However I did two extra shots of Plazma throughout the day on Wednesday and I am completely recovered today. Feels awesome and I am ready to hit those Deadlifts today. :slight_smile:

You can always try one or two supplements, depending on what your price categories may be and see how you respond to them.

sorry for being dumb but what is Plazma, a brand or something???

all im currently using is whey protein, creatine and loadsssss of veg for nutrients.
