Hey i looked a bit into this subject, but i would like to know everyone else’s opinions. what to take during fasted training to prevent muscle loss. obvious choice is BCAA or leucine specifically but leucine raises insulin and prevents lypolisis. also im not talking test eventhough its the best for this purpose. so what do you think
BCAAs or EAAs are fine for fasted training. Don’t worry about the insulin spike

Also generally unless your’re very low bodyfat true muscle loss is not something to worry about
