Muscle Glycogen Question

Sorry if this has been answered before, but a search did not get me the answer I was looking for. I was wondering how many grams of carbs can a pound of skeletal muscle hold? I’m trying to carb up without spillover. Thanks.

that figure escapes me right now but a good rule of thumb is 10g/kg LBM the first 24hrs, 5g/kg LBM the second 24hrs and 2.5g/kg for the next 6-12 if you need it.
