has anyone got any good supplements for muscle cramps,
My auntie gets severe muscle cramps whilst she is sleeping.
any tips would be appreciated
She is on some other medications
Actonel, anpac, somac, solprin

electro lytes. Usually low potassium but maybe salt as well. Banana and cabbage are great for the Potas…
Oh and simply being hydrated is she drinking enough fluids.
