Make the most of it mate. Do some rehab, mobility and unilateral stuff!
Yeah man, same! i only realised i was overdue for a deload when my body just gave up on me, Thursday. I actually had another planned workout on Friday, damn near killed me! lol!
Do what your body is telling you.
You will only end up having half ass workouts, and feel tired afterwards and get sick in the end up. Back off for a week, lower the weights or work on a couple of weak points.
