MR's 2 Hours of Power

MR,

hey man. I’m back into lifting after the shoulder injury and am getting into progressively heavier.

The funny thing is that I’m actually stronger than I was before the 2 month “forced break.” Go figure.

Anyway, I know it is not a rare condition…but for Squats…I can’t keep my heels down uless it’s wide stance.

I want to use narrow stance.

Currently I use plates under the heels for narrow stance, but I’d like to mix it up…

Do you know how to improve this condition?

Thanks

TBlazer

Glad to hear things are going well for you!

With regards to the squats, I would really focus on loosening up the gastroc and soleus, as well as possibly doing some basic ankle mobility exercises. I know the answer is short and sweet, but it seems to work for most!

Stay strong
MR
