Has anyone ever looked at the vitamin content of some of the other MRP’s on the market? For example, one I’ve looked at has soooo many vitamins. Normally, I one would use 2-3 shakes a day.
Would using something like that be too much? (i’m way under 200lbs if that matters)

Calcium 100% (1,000mg)
Iron 45%
Vitamin D 60%
Vitamin E 150%
Iodine 40%
Magnesium 45%

I definitely wouldn’t want that much iron, nor should any other male.
