Hey everyone, I recently joined this fourm and the members are much more helpful than anticipated. So, I’m going to start a log and document my progress going forward.

-20g L-Glutamine (intra and post workout spilt into 2 (10g) doses)
-1-1.2g Caffine (Pretty high I think?)

Day 1 - Pull
Day 2 - Legs
Day 3 - Push
Day 4 - REST
Day 5 - Pull
Day 6 - Legs
Day 7 - Push
Day 8 - REST

I train abs/calfs for 2 exercises and 5 sets every other day.
Cardio 5x a week 60 min at 130-140bpm.

My Goal is to develop better abs and reduce the amount of cardio I do. I’ve had a lot of help in my initial diet thread and look forward to improving myself further. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Will update every other day at the least.
