I always liked Rich Gaspari back in the 80’s but it’s Tough to beat that. Amazing.

Meadows has always come across as anomaly to me. He has a physical condition that essentially no one else in the sport has, and that drastically affects what he can do diet-wise, how his body processes food, etc. He doesn’t just look ‘different’ when he’s in contest shape, he always has that look. So it doesn’t come across to me as overdoing his conditioning, necessarily. I find he’s just kinda playing the cards he’s been dealt. And that the ‘look’ he gets from what would probably be appropriate diet and training for most people comes off as over-conditioned. Hopefully I explained my opinion there well, lol.
