Olympia predictions in January. I honestly don’t feel comfortable with this dickhead troll on these forums.
So from this:

Phil also has better symmetry than Kai
Kai’s waist is also to big
Plus Kai doesn’t have enough chest thickness and chest depth
Ask The Dickhead wrote:
Branch is way to dry looking
Kai is too bloated
I’d bet its between Big Ramy, Roelly Winklaar, Dennis and Phil
What exactly were you smoking when you came up with that initial non-thought?

Ahh, right.

Lol, judging from his take on Arnold I’d say Kai must not “know” he’s gonna win
Predictions? There will be a first place, a 2nd place, and quite possibly a third place. People will say that the 2nd place shouldve taken first, and that the first is unbeatable. The Third place will be seen as a distant third but will probably show promise the following year.
Contenders past 4th place will be seen as disgustingly “off” on said day and will have the possibility of retiring floating around; however, whoever comes in 9th place will be an out of the blue competitor who will likely give the winner of this year’s show a run for their money next year.
That’s about as accurate a prediction one can make this far out.
Shock comeback for Arnie.

This is as spot on as it can get.
I still have Kai in my predictions for 1st because he came in second to Phil for only 2 YEARS!!!
But politics has ruined the sport!
But Kai has gotta work on his waist and his body is WAY TO BLOATED!!!
We are PREDICTING!!!
I thought Kai was gonna win and we are discussing
Other people are saying the great odds of Kai winning and so far it doesn’t look good for Kai

Ah, okay. I just remember back in 2010 he was the big new name, and I haven’t been following the bodybuilding scene in the interim. I guess he didn’t take off like it was expected at the time (?).
Ha, anyway, like I said earlier, sorry for the dumb question.

He won the Tampa Pro last year and qualified for The Olympia.
Why is it that so competitors come with an “off” body during the big shows? i mean its one or two days where you have to be absolutely shredded how hard can it be. kai greene came 2012 very shredded and the following year he came in “off” again. just why, WHY?! Is it genetics? or is it really laziness? they take so many drugs so i doubt that they save money for the diuretics.

I think a couple factors are at play.
-
The human body is not meant to be that lean or that big, which means it probably starts acting a bit strange when those levels are reached.
-
What worked for contest prep last year may not necessarily work again the next year, as the human body is never really in homeostasis. It’s changing from year to year and reactions to certain foods, drugs, etc. may change over time.
It’s part science and part art to be able to come in completely shredded and dry.

Good post. The try to always improve their contest prep, so they do different amount of cardio, different food, different drugs/dosage, etc. So many variables in the equation that it is difficult to nail their condition time after time.
