No, I tested my max before my second go at smolov Jr at 130 x 2 paused, so now I’ll wait until this cycle is up and re test again. I know I can do it, I could probably get a double, but my insecure little brain needs to absolve ALLLL doubt.

(ALSO, made form judge video that is located in the powerlifting section under my squat got worse thread) If ya’ll wanna check it out and tell me ways to improve that would be fantastic!

Sheiko is always a good choice i’ve finally decieded that what i was going to do although deads below the knee never really helped me. It’s a hell of a blow more sustainable than smolov I could only do about 1-1 1/2 cycle of smolov befor i would completly crash/start missing or hurt myself, do some research on the sheiko programs i think that you’ll like that sine they do have the high volume that you like and you can really bust your ass in the gym by trying to speed through them.
