Then I did this cool press thingie with this bar that puts your hands in the NG position. I don’t know what it’s called. But it kinda mimic’s a log press (in my mind anyway) so I did that for 4 sets and it was fun.
Rope tri extension 4 sets, lat pull down 4 sets, dips 4, 4, 4.
DONNNEEE Dunno what I’m doin’ tomorrow. Maybe try some heavy carry type shit. Maybe some ab type shit. Maybe some resty type shit. FEELING GOOD THOUGH MAN.
Going to start eating more BEEF and attempt to gain a few pounds. I feel too skinny. DO NOT LIKE.

um nothing really. At the gym today some guy said “you must be a wrestler”. Thought that was random, yet kinda sweet.
