Movements that burn as many calories as walking that i can easily do while whatching TV

I just whant to whatch TV or go to work at a public job and find time to burn off a few shirt sizes for the Spring.

The spring is very close by. Aside from picking up a meth habit, I do not envision any activity you take up will help you drop a few shirt sizes by that time.

Fat loss is primarily a function of nutrition. Exercise is a poor tool for fat loss. You can undo the energy burn from 60 minutes of activity with 30 seconds of eating. The best activity you can do is not eat so much food.

That said, if you purchase a desk treadmill, you can walk while you work and watch TV. Or you could purchase a set of stationary bike peddles so you move your legs while you sit and watch TV/work. It will be very minimal activity, but still some activity.

I’m thinking he wants to watch TV in his house but find a way to burn energy while doing so, vs going to a gym, using the treadmill there and watching an electronic device.

Why not do a 30 minute walk around your neighborhood with only your thoughts? You might find the quiet time relaxing.

Nothing whrong with getting extra movement, but maybe just eat a few bites less every day to get the same effect as moving while whatching TV.
