Motivation for Beginners: Ask Questions/Never Give Up

just some motivation for you all. Ask questions, be willing to adjust, be at peace with the fact it is 99% nutrition and never give up.

You can not out train a bad diet. Remember that. Drugs or not!

These pictures were taken over a 1 year period. 4 years later I never gained the weight back and it drives me to go extra hard, especially at my age.
