Most Ridiculous Exercise Ever

I like to think it’s a big mustache.

I saw some dude sleeping on a mat in between the cable stations…at least your guy was doing something. I should’ve thrown a med ball at him or sprayed him with alcohol…I guess I was in a good mood.

Instead of describing the insanity to you, I’ve attached a crude paintbrush example.

If this isn’t the most ridiculous exercise you’ve ever seen in the gym, I’d like to hear what was!

The beauty of that movement is the way it mimics actions in real life.

I want to add it to my training but I can’t decide whether it is something for my upper or lower day.

Kudos on the diagram too.
This is the first step in looking good nekkid. Do this for maximum Hypertrophy, 18 sets of 243 reps. should reduce fat to -23456.123 percent. Training for dummies made easy in …hmmmm three movements? !!!

love the diagram, but what happened to the weight stacks in the second picture? Did stickman do the exercise so fast the weights flew off the cables?

Same, that frown is great!

Working his corpus callosum-it’s like going ass to grass, only better.

Easily the most ridiculous exercise ever! I love the diagram and description!

On a side note, I kind of miss going to the gym to witness this kind of stuff. I worked out at gyms for 12 years before creating my own garage gym.

I’ve seen that exercise in Blood Sport

The guy in the first sketch looks like he could be fencing, if only he had a sword. In the second photo, it is obvious that he has been stabbed (see frown). The weights on the ankle are there to simulate the difficulty in standing up after being stabbed.

I thought it was pretty obvious.

That’s a pretty functional exercise.

I figured it out. Back in action mentioned seeing it in bloodsport. Martial arts + functionality, this man is clearly practising his sweep kick with resistance added.

Anyways, I spend too much time at the gym (working and working out), so I still think the most rediculous thing is people doing synchronized DB bicep curls while staring deeply into each others eyes.
No no buddy, those are mirrors

Props to the drawing, got a good laugh.

In high school people thought I was doing crazy, foreign exercises because I did T-Bar rows.

The more I look at it, the more it seems that he’s perfecting his pop-and-lock moves so he can stick them hard on the dance floor.

It would be more functional if he was standing 1 legged on a BOSU and blindfolded.

lmao
