Hit in the balls with an iron bar. HOLY JESUS i couldn’t even scream for about 10minutes.
this one time I was boning a lady real rough and accidentally pulled out all the way mid stroke and when I went for my next pump i almost broke my dick in half. It was absolutely horrible feeling
Oh and one time I pulled my left oblique… It was incredibly painful to do anything (id imagine its very similar to a few broken ribs)
Not me but a buddy of mine had one of his testicles twist around inside his sack (no word of a lie) He said it was like being constantly kicked in the nuts and they had to do surgery. He couldnt walk or move without throwing up it was so painful. Poor bastard.

Prostate Biopsy. Imagine a doctor crawling up your ass with a staple gun and going to town for about 10 minutes.
When I started this thread, I had no idea that the responses would bring me so close to puking. These stories are disgusting. Holy shit, how you got through these is beyond me.

And we got a winner. That’s the worst thing that can happen to a dudes’ innards, and it’s completely spontaneous and random.
Kneed in the balls by a bricklayer.
Tore my quad wrestling a woman I was seeing.
Broke my back…L4 L5 region…stress fracture…found out while I was in martial arts class twisted to the left and fell down immediately in pain. Had to wear a back brace for 7 months. Couldnt work out either. Happened in 2007 after I graduated college. Made a complete recovery though.
Had my spleen removed…that wasnt that bad tho…just really sore for weeks…like being sore from an ab workout for weeks.
Other time I was playing soccer and tried to kick the ball full power and wound up kicking the back of a dudes heel breaking my toe. Its like stubbing your toe in the worst way and having it last for 20 minutes

That broken toe sucks!
Reminds me of when I broke the tip of my index finger catching a nasty hop off the infield grass. Didn’t seem like it would have been much but I immediately got sick to my stomach and got pale and nearly puked.
I blame dehydration on that though ![]()
I remembered another one. Spilled just boiling oil all over my hand.
Being pushed into a mud puddle during a bball game and tearing a 1 inch gash in my palm.
Getting a treble hoook lodged in the back of my head… a random guy with pliers tried to help…he didn’t. An hour of wire cutters in the emergency room…Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr…I cant cut it… GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR…Wheres that big guy john? I think we need him. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Snap…even worse was the stitches and a nurse trying to rip out my hair by the root.
Definitely sticking my hand in 350 degree grease. It felt like someone was sticking my hand in a furnace, and they held it there for a couple hours. The shitty-ass “ice packs” they gave me at the hospital didn’t do shit, and they wouldn’t let me have my bag of frozen broccoli back (it was working wonderfully).
I’ve got 2:
-
Gallstones. Felt like being stabbed in the guts with a hot knife. Pretty much crippling pain.
-
I lacerated the bottom of my foot from heel to toe stepping on a piece of sheet metal. I had to hold the 2 parts of my “foot meat” together on the ride to the ER, and I completely soaked through 2 bath towels with blood. It didn’t actually hurt that bad until the time came for them to inject the anesthetic for my 40 stitches which they had to inject INSIDE THE WOUND. It took them about 15-20 sticks, during which time I chewed through the hospital pillow and damn near crawled off the gurney. Wasn’t real fun when that wore off either, especially getting out of bed and all the blood would rush to that foot and it would feel like it was going to explode.
I’ve got a few good one’s.
The worst by far was when I had Viral Meningitis when I was 22 (two months outta the joint). Imagine the lining of your brain just swelling and causing all of your nerves to feel like they were on fire. I was given spinal taps to relieve the cerebral/spinal fluid pressure. I was drifting in and out of a coma for about two months. The pain was indescribable. A constant headache far worse than a migraine that just wont go away. I suffer partial memory loss (prior to ‘96) from the pressure killing some of my brain cells and I got WAY better in math. Fuckin’ weird, huh?
I had a 25 lb pipe wrench fall from an air handler unit and the guy who dropped it said, “hey!”. So I looked up and it hit me in the face. Totally crushed my nose and fractured my cheekbone. I had bone sticking out of my face. I have plastic an cadaver tissue in my face now. That hurt.
I got stabbed five times while in prison. The worst was when there was knife coming toward my neck, and the only thing I could do was reach up and stop it with my hand. I could feel all the tendon’s popping… Like almost slow motion. While it didn’t hurt right away it was a bit disconcerting (three surgeries on my right hand). Another time I was in a fight, and won, and the guy was on the ground, and shanked me in the fucking SHIN! WTF??? That hurt. The other times were just “flesh wounds” that hurt, but not as bad as you think.
Was working on an ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) and some asshole decided to start the generator - blew out both elbows with over 100 Amps at 480 volts… That really fucking hurt. For about three years after that, I had a vein that was as hard as a thick rope under my skin. Had various electrical burns from shit blowing up while I was working on it. Though I would be blind once, but my eyes ended up healing with just a few scars that I barely notice now.
Playing rugby I was in a long-body ruck and two props fell on me and I ended up ripping my rotator cuff off the bone, tearing my pec and anterior delt. Two screws and a half inch of bone off the clavicle later…
Three knee surgeries - meh, not that bad.
Got jumped by a gang of dudes when I was 14 and they stomped me so bad, my mother didn’t recognize me in the hospital. Broke my neck, nose, ribs, etc… fucked me up bad.
There’s more, but I gotta go get some food.

Mowed a patch of poison ivy and had a terrible reaction.
Had it all over my right leg. Skin turned black and peeled off. Had to get steroid/allergy/antibiotic shots. Couldnâ??t wear long pants or shoes for weeks. The skin on the back of my knee and ankle are scared from it.

Fuck that! When I used to do landscaping that was pretty much my biggest fear.
As for my worst pain ever, it would have to be the days following breaking my ankle, when the circulation/feeling was coming back to the area. Anytime I had to get up to piss or something, the blood would rush down and I would be in agony. I’ve had breaks and dislocations since then, but nothing anywhere near that pain.
Having my arm yanked out of my sling a week after shoulder surgery…yup, I chewed 5 or 6 perks and took a lil nap afterwards.

I’ve had 2 you pussy, walk that shit off for 5 mins and your fine. When it happens it feels like you get kicked in the balls out of nowhere. When it twists back it’s like getting booted in the balls again.

It hurt sooo bad for sooo long…lol i remember every minute of the pain…rolling around on the field…damn
During training I got a face full of pepper spray. Then the instructor had us blink 10 times, attack some guy, then find a radio to request help. My eyes still water when I think about it.
This one guy in our town got it pretty bad. He caught fire while in a burning building. He ran out shaking his arms while trying to put out the fire. He gave his arms one good shake and all of the skin on his forearms, hands and his entire fingers (with the bones) went splat against the pavement. Despite having no fingers anymore, he still manages to open his beer. I’m not quite sure how.
