I’ve already gained fifteen pounds of lean mass this year, but I lost a bunch of weight after I stopped lifting due to a couple of mt bike injuries so I’ve really just returned to where I was before. I was down to 180, now I’m back up to 195, although I’m still much weaker than I used to be at 195. The most I’ve gained in a year is probably the twenty pounds I gained between 2009 and 2010.
