keep in mind I was 22 @ the time & just wrapped up some freaky heavy lifting followed by a pretty intense sprint session

6 egg yolks (my buddy was throwing half his yolks away so I grabbed 'em)
1 pound of ground turkey
1 pack of Ramen noodles
1 of the biggest salads u ever seen!
