Your Biggest Breakfast Ever?

So I’m sitting here struggling with a decent sized breakfast and I could use some motivation. I bet there are some guys here who could throw down a hell of a lot harder than I can, so help me out. Gimme the breakdown on Your biggest breakfast EVER!!!?!?1!!1?

btw currently trying to consume 6 eggs, half a can of corn beef hash, half a tub of cottage cheese and a buttload of milk.

k go.

man, my biggest breakfast was brobably on holiday, but I don’t reccomend it!! it was a buffet

  • 8 whites
  • 5 crepes full of nutella
  • 3 slices of cheesecake+1 of chocolate&
custard cake + other cakes (delicious)
  • 1 cup of fruit salad + cream + chocolate
  • 2 cups of hot chocolate + cream
  • 3 croissants full of chocolate and custard
    I was ko!!!

Alright christmas morning this year,

Huge portion of egg/cheese/sausage cassarole with bread and other stuff in it, probably about 6-7whole eggs worth plus other stuff.

About 2 cups of grits

7 mini cinnamon coffee rolls stuffed with creamcheese.

3/4 box of granola with about 4 servings of milk to go with it

handful of mini cookies

2 handfuls of yogurt covered pretzels

bagel+cream cheese.

1 Metabolic Drive bar (for protein of course)

Consumed all that in under and hour on christmas morning…

A Refeed at University
1.5cups oatmeal
4 full regular size bowls of cereal captain crunch+cookie crisp+all the milk
1 wrap with turkey, cheese,lettuce,tomato,onion
2sugar cookies
banana
apple
3 slices of pizza
half a bowl of alfredo pasta
4slices of cheesy bread
3biscuits+gravy
2 hashbrown about the size of mcdonalds hashbrowns
2blueberry scones
1cinnnamon roll
some french fries
some potato chips
Bagel+cream cheese
banana+Peanut Butter+whip cream sandwhich, on whole wheat of course…

Those are two large breakfast consumption sessions in my recent memory…

I have no doubt I’ve eaten more at one sitting though…I’d say I’ve eaten 10,000kcal at one sitting before.

Half a Pop Tart and a glass of Sunny D.

I should be getting jacked any minute now…

I used to eat 9 eggs and a moderate amount of home-made granola, but I found out the hard way that forcing too many eggs down the hatch can cause one to associate eggs with pukeworthy filth. It took many months before I was able to eat eggs again, so I cut my losses and now eat 4 eggs every morning, and get some variety in after that, like steak/granola/sausages/potatoes/perogies and/or some digestion friendly fruit.

yeah i totally know what you mean. i was doing 6 eggs every morning for a while, and i got closer to puking everyday. i think beyond 4 eggs it’s easier to just vary the protein source. i can’t imagine trying to shovel 9 eggs down (im talking whole eggs btw) unless they were part of an extremely extravagant omelette with plenty of fixins

u guys are nuts. this thread makes me feel a lot better about ordering two sandwiches at the sandwich shop for dinner haha.

Heres a pic of my breakfast from yesterday that you can read about in the “snap a pic…” thread.
You sound like my roomate, he struggles on 6 eggs and a cup of oatmeal lol. Im a ffb, coming from a big eating family so that has something to do with my ability to eat big, (and former fatness). But my largest meals came daisly last summer when me and my girl lived together so I had help cooking.

Breakfast everyday consister of 4-8 ounces of last nights steak, omellet consisting of (1/2 bag of spinache, half a large onion, whole red pepper), 12 eggs plus a liberal amounts of egg whites and cheddar cheese. Some days would include 1/2 can corn beef hash (my fav). On the side I always had a protein shake of 2-3 scoops muscle milk, banana or two and 1/2 cup of oatmeal. And for a desert a big bowl of blueberries and strawberries. My gf would help eat this, but she was 5’1, about 105, so she had like 2 bites and backed out. Needless to say I didnt lose any BF that summer…

oops, wont let me edit in the pic, sad thing is I ate all this, then when my roomate got up 20 minutes later I made him breaskfast so he would actually eat a ton, and ended up eating like 2-3 more eggs, another cup of shake, another piece of bacon, a couple more turkey bacon, and some blueberries

4 eggs
2 Biscuits
Gravy
fried apples
4 blueberry pancakes
Ham
2 turkey sausage patties
Hashbrowns
Cornbread with butter
2 Slices of bacon

I’m not from the South…

yeah man! was that on one of your crazy ass buffet style sundays?

That has been one of my crazy buffet style sunday mornings.

I’ve had plenty of those, but not as bad in the recent dieting phase.

You win. How much Ham and hashbrowns did you eat?

4 eggs, 3 pancakes, a hash brown brick, toast, 10 oz steak, and a glass of milk.

steak for breakfast! i’ve had steak and eggs but never just a big ass steak! good stuff

ketchup, 30 scrambled eggs, some cheese, 2 lbs of hash browns, 2 glasses of milk 2 glasses of oj hmmm and some steak.

I don’t eat like this anymore but yah. hmm I love breakfast.

I went to a buffet a couple months ago after training events for a late breakfest/brunch

Ate

3 omlettes (loaded)
4 tacos
1 heaping plate of steak used to make tacos
1 heaping plate of pork (they where smaller sized plates)
3 slices of flan
4 glasses of milk
3 crepes
2 cinnamon rolls
bowl of fruit

15 dollars…

Went home and took a nap.

wtf man 30 eggs? You must have a big ass woke.

I remember I was made a dozen egg omlete with about 6 sausages and 1/2 of cheese in it when I was about 16. I ate the whole thing but got violently ill. I think the sausages where old…

30 eggs and two pounds of hash browns is pretty hard core. That had to have been over an hour or something, I don’t think I can even get that much food in my stomach.

If you’re trying to get a lot for breakfast go for more calories instead of more food volume. You’ll probably be able to stomach huge volumes of raisins, nuts, and oat bran. Milk on the other hand is tough because the human body isn’t even made to digest it. Whey is good though, so mix it into your oat bran and then that way you’re getting the extra nutrients without actually having to eat more solid food.
