Hi people I just came from the show… won my class Under 80kg … I weighed in on thursday at 77kg but weight kept kreeping down to 74.5kg … still managed to win the class

First and foremost your legs need a lot more mass to balance out the upperbody. Delts create a lot of width but your legs are narrow. Thicken them up and the X fram will come out better. Look real good though. Great conditioing

The reason this guy keeps making threads is because he’s showing you what he looks like at different stages before the show. What’s wrong with that? And like Bonez said, would you rather look at this (excellent physique, all the mandatory shots) or one of the “I’ve been lifting for 6 months what do I need to improve” threads?
I don’t need a dose of praise… the result I achieved is enough… but anyway… I have decided not to return here again!
