Morning of the Show... 9hrs Before Prejudging

Hey man you look absolutely phenomenal, outstanding work. Congrats on the win, what show were you competing in this year?

By the way don’t listen to that idiot, I hope you continue posting, just about everybody in this forum should learn a lot from you

Looking good. I for one know the hard work it takes!

To continue to improve, and I think you know this, but since you posted in rate my physique, I will divulge… you need to become much more limb dominant. Focus on bringing up the arms, and especially the outer quad sweep and hamstrings. this will give you more of an X frame look, and make your Dorian Yates bicepts pose much more impressive etc.

Good luck, and happy lifting

why do you keep making new threads… do you need a daily dose of praise? i think we should change this forum to rate majsi instead.
Who cares?

People like him are the ones that should actually be making RMP threads. I hope he eventually outnumbers all the skinny fat 17yr olds by himself one day

And OP

First and foremost your legs need a lot more mass to balance out the upperbody. Delts create a lot of width but your legs are narrow. Thicken them up and the X fram will come out better. Look real good though. Great conditioing
that ^^

x2.

Great conditioning. Bring those legs up and you will look even better!
