Since drinking lowers testosterone and sends your body into a catabolic state do you think it would be beneficial to take ZMA (to restore testosterone) and BCAA’s (to jumpstart anabolism) a little while before breakfast to help offset some of the negative side effects?
Don’t drink alcohol and you won’t have to worry about it.
I don’t think I necessarily agree with the whole alcohol lowering test argument. I’ve read the studies, and they look legit, but I just don’t experience it first hand. Anytime I drink I get extremely agressive, and wake up with a raging hardon. Gives me a fight and fuck response.

Some of the strongest guys I know drink all the time. Of course they don’t give a rats ass about abs, but they sure are strong.

Ya i doubt that 1 day is going to hurt you any. I think i seen somewhere that otameal is good for hangovers and such but not sure.
Drink plenty of water and dont worry about it
