More Trouble Than I Am Worth: Chaos Is The Plan (T3hPwnisher Log)

86 minutes on the treadmill. Barf. LoL. Seriously though, that is impressive man. :+1:

@shaneinga I appreciate the sentiment dude, but it’s really not, haha. This is just a stroll, with me watching Netflix. With it being bridge week, it’s not supposed to be intense.

I gotcha man. I do the same thing on my Peloton. Turn on the netflix and pedal away.

Happy to contribute something! I can’t justify dedicated time to sit and watch cartoons, nor to stroll on a treadmill really, but combining them seems fine.

@TrainForPain Funny how that works. Single point procrastination isn’t permittable, but exponential is ideal!

Breakfast was like yesterday, but with a leftover burger patty for a little more food. Dinner had me make more carnivore tortillas to eat the leftover ground beef I had.

AM WORKOUT (0400 wake up via alarm)

BRIDGE WEEK

Treadmill walk

Speed: 3.5
Incline: 1
Distance: 5 miles
Time: 86 minutes

Notes:

  • Final bridge week workout: competition is tomorrow. In turn, I kept it stupid easy and took off the vest. Watched the majority of Happy Gilmore 2 on Netflix. It’s ok. Free was the right price, and it was a good distracter. Barely sweat for this workout and still weighed 79.7 for post workout weigh in, so my weight is in a real good place for the comp. As long as I don’t eat too physically heavy of a dinner tonight, I should still be able to have breakfast in the morning before weigh ins, which is always a good thing.

  • Sparring was fun last night. Actually got in 3 rounds, taking down a senior student in the second round and having a spirited match against the Valkyrie in the third. With the bridge week, my hips feel better, which meant I was a lot more active and had a stronger kick game.

  • Been adding a little more food to my breakfast, trying to keep my weight from submarining too much.

2 negatives make a positive.

Although my mom used to say two wrongs don’t make a right when my brother and I were beating each other, so I can justify any direction here.

Best of luck! But I know it’s already done and you’re just experiencing it now.

I love this. You’ve built the structure, now you get to live in it!

Good Luck! Happy Gilmore cannot be the same without Bob Barker.

@EmilyQ @duketheslaya @wiseman83 Thanks so much all!

@TrainForPain That brought a BIG smile to my face to see you reference that. You totally get me! I gave that same advice to the Valkyrie last night. She was doing her creativity hyung and told me she was nervous and asked for some advice, and I said ā€œNo matter what, in 15 minutes this will be overā€. She actually appreciated that.

Breakfast was the usual, plus sardines. Dinner, we went to that place where I ate that 5lb cheeseburger. I got 3 patties, cooked medium, 2 fried eggs and bacon, and then an extra patty left over from my kid. It’s nice to be below weight

Ate this and a ketobrick for breakfast

Weighed in 181 on the dot with clothes. I am too good at this. Time to get after it.

Go out there, enjoy yourself and have a great experience!

Then enjoy some post comp short ribs!

(All of that to say, do what you were already intending to!)

Hope the comp went well

Appreciate the love folks! Will give more detailed replies later, but @alex_uk nailed it (spare ribs rather than short, but close enough) on the celebratory dinner

Here is the video. 4th place out of 5th. Lost by inches on many events, hanging with the young bucks. Had the most fun in a comp in a LONG time here. Time to grow.
