More Tips for Dopaminergic and Noradrenergic Sensitivity?

in a recent article of yours, you said adrenal fatigue is better thought of as downregulated noradrenergic receptors.
You said magnesium, reducing training frequency and volume can help. Any other tips, supplements?

In my case I stood on the gas pedal for months, now I’ve been recovering and didn’t train in 2 weeks. It gets better but not close to being 100%.
