I just started DC training and ive been using somo leg presses and dumbell leg curls very slow and controlled and i feel like my hamstrings have really responded to these methods.

Stands for ‘DOgCrap’. It’s a variation on the lower volume, hieavy weight, high intensity stuff. There’s gotta be a few threads on it around here somewhere -lol.
