The nice thing about posting your numbers and workouts an such is that you will feel a profound sense of accountability, even if only to total strangers. It’ll keep you working toward goals with more focus.
Or, you’ll feel so limp and weak that your humiliation will keep you silent:-)

sounds like you will get a chance to train with some strong fuckers. i’m very envious.
you have me looking over my shoulder. you are going to catch my bench if i’m not careful. i need to hit up your gym one day and sabatoge you during one of your training sessions.
I’ll catch up with a superjacked shirt. And you won’t even see it coming.
LOL I am having an image of getting ready to bench and you suddenly coming out of the corner and yelliing ‘Miss! Miss!’ ala Caddyshack…
time to suffer through a deload. limited my preworkout supps (don’t really need em) and left the ear buds out. This is what I did. Read and FEEL DA BURN!!!

Good raw sqautting! What is your numbers in a suit/briefs etc.?
How is your bweight coming along?

I will be finding out my max in suit/briefs over the coming weeks. Right now I have next to no idea. My single ply suit gets me in the low to mid 700s with a walk out, but now it looks like I am going to really whore it up, and no walk out???
Weight is juicy. 262 to 268 on any given day. Planning on being a fat and happy 275 for this meet, then get serious about diet again from there. Eating right now, aside from the fast food on this weekends road trip, is clean but copious. Lots of lean meats, eggs, low fat milk, and whey for protein, oats, rice, whole grain pastas, and occasional potatoes for carbs. The fats just work their way in, i.e. some olive oil etc in most meal prep.
Glad you’ve got some meets lined up and sounds like some really good gyms, too. You’re putting up some serious weight. Nothing like an upcoming comp to re-motivate you. Noticed you’ve changed the your location. Damn, but I had some good times in Korea.
Pete, how long did it take to finish yesterdays workout? You did 39 sets. I don’t think I do 39 sets in a week. That kind of volume works well for you. You’re looking stronger then ever.
Eco, yesterdays workout took about 50 minutes. Weights were light and rest was minimal, it was practically a cardio session in itself, lol. Funny thing I still have a good pump.
In contrast Saturday’s squat workout took about 2 hours, or more, and had about 12 sets, Mondays bench took 1.5 hours, and wasn’t many more sets than that.
Interestingly I saw a chart somewhere by Louis Simmons regarding the contrast of volume between DE/Assistance work vs. ME work. Matches kind of how I have been working things.
Got up and did 1/2 hour of elliptical. That was after staying up late to watch the season finally of Sons of Anarchy, twice.
Shit, I missed all my good shows during the move, and we don’t have our TIVO up yet. I missed the last couple S.O.As and the season finale and the Curb Your Enthusiasm season finale. I’ll have to pick up the DVDs when they come out.

I think I managed to DVR the whole SOA season. Didn’t really dig it as much first season. Now I have to plan a sick day and stay at home to watch them all end to end:) Kinda glad that it is over, I would always DVR it and now sit down and watch it until about 10, and never make it to bed until after 12. Now maybe I can get some sleep Tuesday nights.
i just finished the first season. i have a blockbuster account and get them through the mail. i have a dish that doesn’t have FX as a station that i can get. i also just finished the first season of true blood. both are kick ass shows. i used to have HBO but got rid of it when deadwood and sapranos went off.

About to cancel my HBO, haven’t seen shit on there in months and it equates to something like an extra tub of protein each month.
They keep making more channels, and the shows get shittier and shittier. They few that are good get cancelled. I really liked the Sarah Connor Chronicles and Life, a sure sign that they were doomed shows.

Edit: And Rome was badass, and they cut that too.
i have terminator- salvation waiting for me when i get home tonight. i’ll be making a plate of approximately a lb of carne asada nachos, a liter of d.cok and captian morgan. i’ll be in heaven.
Nice work, I can echo eco’s points about the contrast in volume.
I need to move back to something like this with varrying days or weeks of
ME vs RE… I think I just read everyone else’s work and decide its better then what I am doing
all this TV talk… come on people its my livelihood dammit!!!
but I own no TV and watch little you do the math…
ahh, this deload high volume stuff is driving me nuts. I am going for no prs, just blood flow, usually I try to hit rep PRs on DE/RE days. yesterdays and todays workouts bored me. Amazing pumps though. I just can’t believe this is how a lot of people I know train all the time.
