you are learning grasshopper… but how much of a weight PR was the 525? you can only truely reach the zen level of whoredom when you are specific. also, a true whore will make up new movements just so he can set new PR’s and raise his level of whoredom. i did that last night with the flat backed, paused bench. i set, like, 6 PR’s on that one movement.

My biggest PR of the day: The gym by my work is in an affluent firsts tier suburb, and much of the clientelle during the day are women who seemingly have endless money to spend on personal training and ‘enhancement’. My biggest PR today was the number of times I pretended not to be staring at T&A. Must be a PR because I could not keep track.
