I’m curious that those virtual meets don’t specify an angle/position from which each lift needs to be filmed. I think it’s near impossible to tell depth on that other guy.

The amazing squat video: That’s exactly how my coach tries to get me to squat . . . with that bounce in the hole. I do it somewhat. But not with 800 lb. At least not yet.

Meet director called my second squat “borderline.” I only got two whites for it, so I know it was perfect.

Well - the juju was so good that my appointment got completely wiped off the system. Guess I get to be Superman for a while longer yet. My arms ARE getting too short, however, so I’ll have to try again later I think.
