Got sick 5/2, was out for a week. I have only 2 ish weeks till a camping trip, so I’ve just been doing fun stuff like bent press and hill sprints. I’ll keep this up until hiking. I won’t be logging anything, and I’ll be trying not to repeat workouts, focusing on cardio capacity and shoulder health (it’s been feeling beter than ever, despite no pressing.)
