Not for the most part. It’s been mostly high bar lately, but I’m keeping both styles.

Everything but close grip went well. My shoulders are definitely getting stronger.
First time barbell benching in a bit. Didn’t really push anything, but it felt good. Left elbow tendinitis was flaring up, but I took care of it. Good on everything else.
I trained the past two days, but it’s not worth posting. Just some fun easy stuff and some squats.
I have a meeting tomorrow with our Rec Staff because some goons want to start a CrossFit affiliate here and basically want to steal the Dungeon. I will do everything in my power to stop this atrocity.

Pretty solid day. Didn’t feel particularly strong or have that “pop”, but got work done. Squat form is getting tighter every session. First time doing deficits in a while, but things still moved well when I ensured I was in proper starting position.
Squatted and deadlifted some. Not much happened besides the fact that I can now pull 500 beltless on my deathbed.

Pretty good. Elbows were hurting from pressing, especially with a barbell. I don’t know why, but it actually looks like I lift now.

Bodyweight is 185ish. Probably leaner and stronger than I’ve ever been.
I eat poptarts and deli meat a lot.
My left patella is being mean and I can’t squat at all. I’m working on it, hopefully it’ll be good soon. I’ll just use this as an excuse to do more upper body and make my body even more disproportionate.

Pretty good day. CGDBP was awesome considering I trained chest yesterday. It didn’t aggravate my elbows at all and my triceps felt strong and stable. Paused chins are hard/fun.

Felt surprisingly strong as a third day of pressing in a row. My shoulder almost popped out of socket on the 12th rep of the 20 rep set of pressing. It’s an old injury that hasn’t shown it’s face in a while, so let’s see where this goes. Hammer curls felt really strong. Being able to erg without my knee dieing in pain is a GREAT sign, so hopefully I can squat soon.

Back is pretty stiff from yesterday day, especially the erectors. It’s to be expected. Close grip was easy, didn’t feel like pushing it. Will be repping 315 on it soon. Went with a friend to immediately eat pizza after this workout. Heading to Louisiana tomorrow.
I’ve come to the conclusion that I seem to train better when I log my training on here, even if no one follows it. I’m currently directing more of my focus on school and ROTC in preparation for LDAC. I also weigh less than almost any other time in my training history.
