Maintaining isn’t that hard, but improving is. I’m in my ML3 year, so ROTC basically runs my life. I’m talking 15-20hours a week minimum. I’m not complaining because I know college is still easier than real life, but it definitely takes it out of me. I have to do 1 hour of PT at least 3 times a week and it’s definitely not conducive to gym strength.
Overall, if you want to improve, you will find a way. If you want to suck, you will find a way.

Pretty good day. Squats felt good and are getting back up there. Pretty tired, but that’s to be expected working out at 0630.

Overall, pretty good day. Did a shitton of pushups/etc. at PT this morning. Getting more comments everyday on my physique. One day I’ll be the prettiest girl at the dance.

Not bad. Back was fatigued, so keep that in mind. Close grip felt strong considering being fatigued. Expect to see that rise soon.
