Didn’t sleep great last night. I forgot how long a 10hour workshift is. First time low barring in forever. 385 was pretty easy, but I’m super fatigued. If I’m fresh and have a little more time lowbarring again, I can lb 405 for 5. Really tired right now, but will remedy that soon. I’ve had to deal with a lot of shit concerning the weight club, but I think I’ve finally got a handle on it. If the people I have to interact with were in ROTC with me, they would be disenrolled. People need to do their job and not be shitheads. Life isn’t that hard.

I’m curious as to what your plan is for eating and the whole 10 hour shift thing.

Fat Bar Bench 3x275 pretty sure the bar is 65lbs, but I count it as 45 because I’m dumb
Seated DB Press 10x60, 3x8x70
DB Side Raise 3x10x20 all the way up, like touching dbs together
Sprints
Did a lot of volume on push press, but then I didn’t like it. Fat bar bench was interesting. It’s the same movement pattern, but a lot harder for me to 1. get my back stable 2. grip the bar because I literally have petite women’s hands 3. keep my arch. Still really happy with what I got in a state of fatigue. Tweaked my right trap/ant delt tie-in on the sprints. Who the hell does that? It’s already feeling better. Legs were sore in different places today because of low-barring yesterday. Need to keep up with both to ensure “complete development.” I will most likely either bb row or deadlift tomorrow.

I really only get hungry before my first break. Then I eat cold deli meat and remember that’s all I have to look forward to the rest of the day. My body then doesn’t get hungry. And you wouldn’t be hungry, you’re like much smaller than I.

Ankle/knee flossing is going well and almost on a daily basis. I can only convince lady friends to help me floss my elbows maybe once a week, but even that is improving blood flow and reducing tendinitis. I really wish there was a way to floss my elbows solo. HA! no worries. I just discovered flossing this past week and googled the voodoo bands…brought me here. I rarely post much these days. As an aside, I bought some of these and they work just as well. Woke up this morning and my left ankle felt so good:
When they aren’t sold out anymore I’m going to get the rogue but I think I may jsut get some tire tubing.

Pretty fun day. First deadlift pr post-hernia. Was stupid easy. 585 is there, and I’m pretty sure 600 is as well. Tired from work. Tried a preworkout and it seemed to help. I didn’t get jittery or nothing, but I was really able to visualize well.

Good deal. I haven’t used tubing, but I could see them not working AS well as the voodoo bands. I’d definitely recommend them.
