The main thing is that I’ll see a lot of progress(PR’s on big stuff) over the course of about 3 or so days, and during this time no matter what I do, I still feel pretty awesome and wanting to break pr’s left and right. Then I’ll have a dark period in terms of lifting for about 2 days. Then I’ll have another 4ish days of pretty average, then come the good times. I’m on the second day of feeling substandard. Yesterday and today when I awoke, I felt crippled haha. Tomorrow through about Friday should be decent, then good times on the weekend.

Pretty good workout at the home gym. Squatting oly style seems to keep me more injury free and get more quad involvement, which I like. I’m doing extra PT workouts every day, but I probably won’t post those. There’s nothing exciting there, just lots of pushups, situps, and running.
Glad to see you updating again. Nice oly squat PR. I’ll have to try and catch up to you on those.

Have been sitting around a lot over the past couple of days and that lead to bad hamstring/hip tightness. Hoping to be able to actually hit the lower body tomorrow.

Pretty awesome pr on the squats. Assistance work all felt pretty useful. Doing the pause situps with the plate on my head was killer.

My shoulders are pitiful, so that’s going to change. Doing the Pendlay rows strict was very humbling, and I can already feel my back being tired. Need to get stronger on those.
