Did a lot of chest/back volume. Didn’t feel up to anything heavy, but got a lot of volume in.
11/14/11
Oly Squat 5x315
Pulldown Abs
GHR
The squats were as deep as I can go, so hamstrings on calves. Felt good and pretty quick. I’ll post a vid later. Let me know if they seem quick or not.

Good luck on running #29 dude, I think you’ll love it. if you’ve got an android phone, get the “SheikoDroid” app, it makes everything simple to follow.
Sheiko FTW!
I wish I had a fancysmancy phone to get apps. Have you run it? If so, how were your results?
Shit, sorry for the delayed response, but yes I’ve run 29 and am currently halfway into #37. 29’s great, running that and a 5 week comp cycle program added 30/25/20 to my sq/bn/dl. Hope it works out for you. After the first couple of weeks, you start to get used to it.

HS Iso Row 4x10x315

255 set was easy and quick. Things are looking up. I’m pretty sure I’m going to be participating in a push/pull meet in Greenville, SC on December 10. Maybe I’ll hit something decent.
Lots and lots of pushups and hill sprints. Good times in the southland.
AM 2
Push Press 3x185
MP 7x135
DB Row 8x125, 2x8x145
DB Front Raise
DB Rear Raise

The Dungeon was closed today, so I lifted in the regular student gym. I haven’t push pressed in a while, so nothing too heavy. Got some good volume in.
Wider stance hacks. Got to try out my new TK knee sleeves. They’re pretty tight right now. Did some heavier singles on bench to get ready for my meet. All 3 flew up ezpz.
Trained in the big gym again tonight. This will be my last session before my PT test on Tuesday. The deadlift was to see if I could pull 500 in a fatigued state, and I can. That will probably be my opener at the meet because it was really easy. Nothing too exciting tonight. Curls were very abbreviated.
Nice looking session. Iirc you mentioned that you did drag rows b/c they help your pulling muscles w/o fatiguing your lower back too much. Any chance of you getting a vid of them?

I’ll try to get one soon. It may be a while though. I’m not training til at least Tuesday, then leaving for Louisiana on Wednesday and I won’t be back until Saturday. They’re pretty ugly by most people’s estimation, but all the people who tell me that they look stupid and don’t help have a lot weaker pull and a much smaller back/traps than me, so I don’t really care. I hope that doesn’t sound too pompous, but I don’t have that big of a pool to compare myself against around here.

No rush at all to get a vid. W/e you’re doing is clearly working so keep at it, you’re not sounding pompous at all just logical.
