Don’t have my log in front of me, but I went heavy on the heavy stuff and volume on the volume stuff. In other things, I won Army ROTC Cadet of the Month. It’s really cool to be recognized for trying hard. Oh, and I made an 100 on an accounting test. Pretty awesome day. Now I just need a beautiful woman to show up at the door and it’ll be the best day ever.
Good stuff sir. It’s always great when you hit ‘PRs’ outside of the gym.

Decided to go ahead and do Sheiko #29. I haven’t done volume training in a while, and while my upper body feels fine, my legs are already feeling tired. I love it. There’s no way I won’t get bigger and stronger doing this. I’m going to work upper back/shoulders/biceps on my off days, i.e. Tuesday/Thursday. All the weights felt light and really quick, and the volume didn’t kill me. Kept a good pace the entire workout.

I hope it works really well. The first day was a lot of volume, but it didn’t feel like a chore or just volume for the sake of volume. The weights were low enough that I was still popping the weights off. The soreness from this mornings sessions is already mostly dissipated.

Well, Sheiko and running 3-5days a week definitely don’t mix. Lesson learned and noted. Rehabing my knee and squat, so numbers are low. Should be up soon. Talked with someone noticeably less dumb than me and got some tips on my training. Going to be pushing the eating for a little bit to get back on track, then I’ll evaluate from there. Also, I’m going to try to be more diligent in my posting; it seems to have a positive correlation with progress.
