Thanks guys. Regarding the polo, my 7foot tall friend outgrew his old XL’s and gave them to me because larges don’t really fit me any more.
@Aqua, they were quick and I might have had another in me, but I haven’t done deficit deads in forever, so I was just going to hit something decent.
Smart lifting is smart. Better to leave some in the tank, and make more progress in the long run.

I still can’t do situps, so when my platoon did those this morning at PT, I did more pushups and overhead arm claps. I probably did 450+ pushups this morning, so my shoulders were dead. Kinda surprised about the close grip pr. My lower back is cramping up and I’ve overworked it the last couple of days, so going to take some time off to let it get better.

Trained really late tonight, so can’t really expect great things. Small prs on deadlift and bench. I’ll take it, considering how things weren’t set up for success. Oh yeah, good Clemson game today.

What do you eat, and what do you attribute your amazingly quick progress to? ARe you still doing ROTC and are you planning on going into the military? Amazing.
