Weighed in around 180, so finally got the triple bodyweight pull. Time to be a bit more intelligent in my top sets.

Pretty cool to press more than bodyweight for reps. I have pretty good calves, so I haven’t trained them in forever. Going to change that, and started back slow today. Also had a PT test today, but I could only complete the pushups. Cadre graded us really strict, so I just barely maxed. I had to get taped as usual, but got a bit of a PR there haha, 16.5inch neck. Now that I’m training my traps again, I’m hoping to put more size on. Should be funny when I show up next test with a 17inch neck haha.
