Mmafan's Max Strength Log

Hey guys i’m going to start up with Eric Cressey’s new max strength program. Current stats are as follows…

Age: 17
Weight: 195
Height: 6’1
Broad Jump: 10 ft
Box squat: 265
Bench Press: 240
Chinup: 3 reps with +100
Deadlift: Didnt max but around 350-400

Ive always been naturally explosive and my goal with this program is to dramatically increase my strength, especially leg strength.

Thanks alot man! I already see some problems arising with the program though. All I have is a bench and squat rack with 400lbs and a chinup bar. Don’t have dumbells or cable machines. Not sure what i should do. Anyone know if 24 hour fitness has cable machines for pull throughes and the likes? Wasnt planning on having to have a gym membership.

Might be a good question to address to Eric, I take it that he’s pretty busy with the move of his facility but he definitely frequents the forums.
