Just have 2 questions about Superfood. (the thread is locked and I read through everything in there)
Is there any reasonable time period this shouldn’t be sitting mixed in water?
I’ve been sick and I’m filling large bottles with water and adding Superfood to it. It’s a little more diluted than I normally drink it, but overall I’ll be ingesting more than usual.
Is there a certain temperature we shouldn’t mix Superfood into before it gets damaged?
I like adding it to oatmeal, but it seems like it might be too hot; plus it would taste good (especially with my sore throat) in warm/hot water in a mug like tea.

No, you’re good.
There are no temperature limits (within reason–don’t throw it on a charcoal burner!).
I use it in a cup of green tea every morning. Sorta makes it a blueberry green tea.
I also mix it with Strawberry Metabolic Drive and Greek Yogurt and freeze it. Good stuff.
2 temperature extremes there.
