Recently I was diagnosed with the two mentioned heart disorders and this came about due to the first panic attack I have ever had in my life.
These issues have never bothered me until about a week ago when my test injections were upped to 200mg cyp per week.
My major worry here is an increase in Hematocrit and if that my impact heart function leading to bad palpitations and panic attacks. At 100 a week hematocrit was at 50.5.
Is this all in my head or could the increase in test cause anxiety? I am currently tapering down to 175 per week and have clomid 25mg per day prescribed which I will start on shortly to see if natty test will start back.
I was wondering if anyone else has had any similar issues? Or if any advice can be offered?
I have sought medical treatment and thus far they seem to believe that both issues are benign.
I still sometimes have a tightness in my chest and palpitations at night that cause me to loose sleep.
I would expect that high blood pressure would make things worse. Insert concerns with HTC. During resistance training, there might be high spikes in BP.

I do have high blood pressure and I take 10 mg Lisinopril daily.
I do not think that I was dehydrated for the labs and I make sure to stay well hydrated. The issues have come about in the last two weeks after a run and i became very lightheaded and then the heart palpitations started.
The palpitations are very distracting when i try to sleep and have caused some insomnia. Dr. prescribed .25 xanax to help with sleep but it only helps a little .
I am coming off TRT at the suggestion of my new Urologist who feels like I was placed on TRT prematurely and wants to check my baseline again and go from there.
I work two jobs and also have a 3 mont old at home so stress levels are high, but I feel like the palpitations are causing stress, not being caused by stress.

Also thought E2 could be causing the issues but last time it was checked it was around 22.
